Sign-in notice
When a notice is due, the email is a short message and a link. It does not attach a report.
Download in the app
A signed-in member downloads the CSV. The file is built at that moment.
Saved views
Keep an allow-listed filter for the renewal list and return to the same dates.
One reviewer
The signed-in admin, IT or procurement member records the outcome. Read-only members can look.
Schedule you can see
An admin or procurement member can turn the report schedule on or off, and the control shows the saved choice.
