Workforce monitoring

Foreground time is a proxy for engagement. It is not proof of how a person spends their day. Per-user usage is optional in the product design and assigned names are hidden by default.

Customer control

Administrators control collection policy, identity visibility and retention settings. Name reveal is restricted and audited. Theme preference may be stored in this browser.

Data quality before action

Usage coverage, freshness and confidence travel with the result so missing monitoring is not mistaken for inactivity.

Support access

Operational access is scoped, time-bound and audited, with customer inventory separated from the global control plane.

Security

How each customer's data is kept separate

Application authorization and row-level database policies work together to keep each customer estate isolated.
