SeatRova is one plan, priced in US dollars. Annual billing is $10 per managed endpoint. Monthly billing is $1. Inventory, usage, licenses, renewals, the API and webhooks are included.

One plan

Every capability is on the same bill

Inventory, usage, licenses, renewals and the API are all in the one plan. There is no higher tier.

  • Windows hardware and software inventory across workstations, servers and virtual desktops.
  • Application usage, with coverage shown beside every result.
  • License position, reclaim review and renewal dates.
  • Renewal dates, a sign-in link when a notice is due, and the report downloaded in the app.
  • A tenant-scoped read-only API and signed webhooks.
  • A 30-day trial for up to 25 endpoints. A larger pilot or an enterprise purchase can be arranged from the contact page.

How the bill is counted

You pay for managed endpoints

The count is the monthly average of daily snapshots. People, software titles and peripherals are not meters.

What counts

  • A device stays billable for 30 days after its last successful check-in.
  • A multi-session pool host counts once.
  • A persistent personal desktop counts separately.
  • Devices added during the term are prorated quarterly at the same published rate.

What changes the total

  • Retired, deleted and merged duplicates are left out of the average.
  • Reductions apply at the next renewal.
  • Renewal uses the published list in force on the renewal date.
  • Below 120 endpoints the minimum applies: $120 a month, and $1,200 a year.
